Quilt Update

In the last Latest Thread, Lisa showed us clips of her creating a quilt. Well Lisa’s niece received her strip quilt with fairies that she will snuggle with at night. She loves pink and fairies and will always remember this gift!

Custom Guitar Strap

Have you ever thought of creating your very own guitar strap? Well, my husband has been thinking about this idea for a while. He decided that he would buy a zebra print coat at GoodWill for me to upcycle. I think I’ve taught him well.

He was so determined to get that zebra print strap. Luckily the belt was the perfect length of the regular guitar strap and it is the perfect width. All I had to do was sew the belt on top of one the webbed guitar strap. It was a miracle! I embroidered a LaCartera label to add to the look! I’m not sure if this is going to be a new adventure, but he says he has another idea for a strap and he’s very happy with the custom look.
