Hello Handbag Junkies! It’s taking me a little longer to finalize my collection with a few distractions, but I’m back on track moving full steam ahead.

First I want to show you the collection I’ve completed so far. The tote bag, Odyssey bag and now the Mini Odyssey with a tassel zipper pull.

I have to admit that I’m a little bias when it comes to the Mini because it has become my all-time favorite! I’m going to try to focus on creating other designs but for now, I’m stuck on recreating the look in different shades and textiles. You know the feeling you get when you find the perfect pair of shoes or clothing item that you must have in different colors!

I love the size of the Mini and you can find so many excuses to carry it all of the time! I even upcycled a faux cowhide rug I found on sale! I couldn’t wait to create another mini. I see mini bags everywhere!

When JoAnn’s Fabric had a 60% off sale on any regular priced items, I purchased a metal and leather stamping kit and I painstakingly hand-stamped the leather tag. I added rivets to secure it and I think it’s a cute look to the faux cowhide bag.
