This week I’m looking for PDF Pattern testers, finished the satin blouse project using one of my first textile designs, and hand painted new textile designs for an upcoming design challenge.  So here’s the latest weekly thread!

Sewing Textiles

I finished the silk blouse prototype and the satin blouse!  I haven’t worked with silk and satin in a very long time, and now I remember why!  I did take notes to share with you in a helpful sewing tip post on how to handle silk and satin.  At first glance one would expect to use the same technique for both, but that’s not the case!  I still wish I ordered fabric with a little stretch, but I love the final look and can’t wait to wear it soon!
