Hello Handbag Junkies’ It’s Hit or Miss time!
Here’s a splash of sunshine for you today! The 5th sling bag is made from a batik textile from Malaysia! I love batik textiles and the personality they develop. When you look at this textile you will see blues, purples, turquoise, green, grey and a splash of yellow depending on the angle. The turquoise design looks white in the photo’s.
What do you think? Is it a Hit or Miss? Fab or Drab?
Here’s a look at the back of the sling bag with tie straps to allow you to adjust the length that you want.
There’s one inside zippered welt pocket to hold your wallet and keys, with a turquoise lining, magnetic snap closure, and plenty of room.
I think sling bags are perfect for those casual adventures, urban commutes, shopping, or to add a touch of Boho Chic to your wardrobe.
What do you think? Is it a Hit or Miss? Fab or Drab?
Stay tuned there’s more to come from La Cartera!

Your bag is just beautiful Sheila 😀
I made much batik years ago and I loved it. It demands a lot of space, so maybe I will try again one day.
