Summer Textile Collections –

Only one more textile collection to complete before I order my swatch samples.  I know some of you have plans for some of the prints.  So you can expect to see the textiles for sale in my  Spoonflower shop by June 4th!

I’m adding some colorful textiles for my grandson too, because it’s so difficult to find fun textile patterns for boy’s and now I can create something myself! His 1st Birthday is in July and I want to create a couple of things for him. Here’s a peek at one of the textiles. I think this would make a cool shirt, swim trunks or a bucket hat!

I found this pretty cool quilted kitchen floor mat tutorial at Sew we Stitch.  I’m planning to add this to my list of things to do!  I love this idea and have thoughts of using my orange sunshine collection to possibly create a floor mat too.  Click on the photo to get the link to the tutorial.
