1. What inspired you to start blogging?
I needed an outlet for my creativity. I always tried to inspire others to blog, and I figured that actions speak louder than words.
2. How did you come up with the name for your blog?
I knew that I wanted to make purses and other fashion designs, but purses won the toss. La Cartera = is Spanish for the purse.
3. What is your favorite blog that you like to read?
There are so many great blogs, it’s difficult to choose only one as my favorite. Of course all of my nominees are my favorite. I wish I had more awards to share all of them with you.
4 Tell about your dream job (maybe you’re doing it now!)?
I have my dream job now. Although it’s only part-time, I enjoy blogging and creating purse designs.
5. Is your glass half full or half empty?
My glass is alway half full!
6. If you could go anywhere for a week’s vacation, where would you go?
I would love to go to South Korea, to hang out at the night market with other designers and wholesalers.
7. What food can you absolutely not eat?
Ice Cream….I’ve had more than my share for a lifetime, and now I’m lactose intolerant.
8. Dark chocolate or milk chocolate?
Milk chocolate..!
9. How much time do you spend blogging-in other words, are you one of those lucky people who can dash off a blog post in no time, or like me and take forever on one post to get it just right?
I’m a part-time blogger. Some post take less than an hour, and others I will save as a draft and come back to the next day, before I post it.
10. Do you watch TV-if so what are some of your favorite shows?
I don’t watch TV as much nowadays, but I like Scandal and the Housewives of Atlanta. The Apprentice is one of my favorite shows too.
