What’s Happening in the Polls

If you missed the poll results for ” This Old Purse Survey,”  53% of women considered their favorite purse as “Fabulously Comfortable”.  Women prefer comfortable over expensive!  That’s great news!  Just create your own style ladies.

On Monday, February 11, 2013 I will begin posting monthly surveys instead of weekly.  I hope to see you at the polls!

Creative Designs

I’m still working on my Tulip purse, but I wanted to give you a sneak peek.  I think this is such a bright burst  of color.  All I can say is wow…I can’t wait for summer time!

I’ve been promising myself that I would work on my quilting design, but I haven’t provided any evidence as of late.  I will get “her” done! Or, I may just work on creating a body bag.  I have a body bag that I love, that’s such a comfortable style during traveling and shopping trips.  I think if I could re-style my bag to make it better for carrying everything, I would have a bag that could go everywhere.  I’ll see what I can dream up.

First Words

Since this is a new adventure for me, I think it’s only fitting to end with the first words I’ve spoken while on this adventure, instead of last words for the Sneak Peek Friday’s postings.

I would Thank all of my friends, for the fabric, great ideas and sharing their special talents to help me meet my goal in setting up an Etsy store.  My friend who happens to be a photographer  can not stand to look at the pictures I post of my purses.  She has offered to help me with some professional photographs showcasing my purses with models.  Not to mention my blog page picture, which I have grown to love.  It’s just the next step in improving my brand.
